For the center spine or core – Japanese seed beads size 8
For the outside decorative rope – size 8 beads in a different color or finish

Needles (size 12), thread, scissors, work cloth;
For the core: Japanese seed beads size 8 or 6;
For the rope: size 11 seed beads, Hex, triangle or short bugles (sized from 8 to 11), freshwater pearls (medium or large in size). If using potato or teardrop pearls size 8 works best for the core; if using large rice pearls, size 6 seed beads work best for the core.

Capture pearls, crystals and leaves in twisted fine gauge wire to make this delicate floral bracelet.

At least 4 1/2 feet of 28 gauge wire, 4 glass leaves, 9 3mm fire polished crystals in 3 different flower colors (27),5 4mm green fire polished crystals, 7 4-6mm flower colored beads, 4 5-6mm pearls, wire cutters. A limited number of kits will be available for $5.00.

Create jewelry, including clasps, completely from “scratch” by shaping and pounding wire. Links can be combined to make necklaces or bracelets, with or without beads.

14 or 16 gauge solid color wire;
Optional: beads with holes that fit on your wire, jump rings to match wire;
Tools – round nose, chainnose and nylon-jaw pliers, wire-cutter, chasing hammer and bench block.
Instructor will also have tools you can use.
